We'll i did it, a whole week of sticking to a routine, and in the process lost 2 lbs!! YAH, not that i really need to loose weight, well maybe the muffin top, but it comes with the territory.
In pool news i finally have sarahfied the breast stroke, yep i can now swim non stop for 150 meters (maybe more if i wasn't so tired from the 45mins swimming time before that)....HOORAY!!! Next Tuesday I'm going to try for 200.
In gym news, being angry really does get you motivated and man do you sweat lots when you're angry. Cardio is now my friend and we get along great.
In bike news, Haven't been on it yet but our cycling group has it's first meeting next week. I hope to pull the bike from storage throw the roof rack on the car and go...Maybe Mission will be my first ride, it's pretty flat out that way :)
OH and i got my very first Heart Rate Monitor! Yah...now i just need to figure out how to use it....IAN????
